Inside Egypt Travel Solutions by Dominant Travel
Your contract will be with inside Egypt Travel Solutions which is powered by Dominant Travel, holds an Egyptian Travel Agency License No. 1096 and is a Member of the Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA) for your financial security.
Dominant Travel is a Tour Operator that plans and executes one-of-a-kind tours that delve into the destination’s history, culture, and customs and often include uniquely curate experiences for our tour guests, shall be referred to as tour operator or organizer hereinafter.
Contract & agreement
Before making a booking with us you must ensure that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions (raising any questions you may have with us). By asking us to confirm your booking you are accepting all of the Terms and Conditions laid out below and acknowledging that you have read the terms of this Contract and agree with it. By booking a tour with us, you are accepting and consenting to The Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of The Agreement, you can’t confirm any booking with us. The Agreement supersedes any and all previous communications between the parties, whether written or oral, with respect to the same. If you are making a group booking, the leader of the group is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with all members of the group and is financially responsible for the booking. If a travel agent makes the booking on your behalf, the agent is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with you and all the members of the group you are traveling with and is financially responsible for the booking. We will not be liable for a group leader’s or travel agent’s failure to share these Terms and Conditions with all travelers in their group. The Agreement affects a tour organized by the Tour Operator for the Traveler. The Traveler confirms that all personal information provided is correct. In case of any incorrect information provided on the Registration Form (The Agreement) or over the telephone, the Traveler shall cover the costs of any potential changes in relation to their reservation. The Terms and Conditions are provided to the Traveler upon booking. By pre-booking the tour and making a deposit payment, The Traveler fully accepts the Terms and Conditions of this Contract as well as the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Upon pre-booking the tour over the phone, the Traveler is required to fill out, sign, and submit the Registration Form to the Tour Operator no later than 14 calendar days after the deposit payment or to authorize a travel consultant to fill out the Registration Form on the Traveler’s behalf based on the personal information provided over the phone by the Traveler. In such a case, the Traveler shall receive a filled-out Registration Form to their email address and send an email to the Tour Operator no later than 14 calendar days after the deposit payment confirming that all the information on the Registration Form is correct. Failure to meet any of those requirements will be deemed a cancellation by the Traveler and will result in automatic cancelation of the Traveler’s reservation in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy as described in the below Terms and Conditions.
Reservation and payment:
The Traveler’s place on the tour shall be confirmed by the Tour Operator upon receiving a non-refundable deposit from the Traveler and a filled-out Registration Form. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Tour Operator gives the Traveler the right to change the tour date once without additional costs, providing that the changes are confirmed up to 365 days or more before the first day of the initial tour date. After that deadline, the Traveler’s deposit shall become non-transferable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the beginning of the tour. The Tour Operator shall prepare a tour update before the final payment deadline with accommodation upgrade options and additional services if available for the Traveler’s tour. It is the responsibility of the Traveler to determine that the final payment reaches the Tour Operator on time. Failure to comply with the payment schedules, or any other applicable policies and procedures, will result in the automatic cancellation of The Traveler’s reservation and applicable fees will be assessed. Payments are to be made by credit or debit card or wire transfer. For the wire transfer option, any fees are to be covered by the Traveler. While we do accept major credit cards, including Visa, and Mastercard, you must authorize every transaction concerning your tour which found in your shopping cart on our website. Your authorization is an agreement for us to charge your card and an acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms and Conditions including the Cancellation and Refund Policy. As such, you agree not to make any improper chargebacks related to your payments for the tour, other purchases, and services. The Tour Operator reserves the right to change the payment methods which – upon such a change is made – shall automatically come into force. In certain cases, you have the ability to dispute charges with credit card companies. Tour Operator retains the right to dispute any chargeback that is improper and recover any costs, including attorney’s fees, related to improper chargebacks. Additionally, in the event of an improper chargeback, we retain the right to cancel any travel reservation related to that improper chargeback. The following chargeback scenarios are improper and we retain the right to investigate and rebut any such chargeback claims:
* Chargebacks resulting from non-cancellable reservations, whether or not the Reservation is used.
* Chargebacks resulting from charges authorized by family, friends, associates, or other third parties with direct access to your credit card. This does not include credit card fraud.
* Chargebacks arising from inconsistency or inaccuracy with regard to the product description.
* Chargebacks resulting from force majeure or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the Tour Operator or the Supplier
* Chargebacks resulting because you do not agree with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
* Chargeback for any portions of the tour you do not use.
The Travelers are responsible to update the tour operator with any change or modification they need and also responsible to pay the full payment to the company on time. The tour operator will follow up with the Travelers days before the deadline of the full payment and he have the right to cancel automatic the booking of the Traveler that will not answer or transfer the payment with non- refund the deposit.
Payment
The payment of required deposits or full payment of a reservation on an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained here.
to secure a booking the company initially requires notice from you of your booking request. The booking will only be secured once both you and the company have confirmed the travel arrangements and the company are satisfied that the correct deposit/payment has been received into the company bank account by via bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard with 3-D Secure and American express - "(if you choose the American express you should exchange the payment by Egyptian Pounds)".
Please note that when using the wire transfer any extra fees are to be covered by the Traveler. Any credit card payments made by requesting a special generated payment link will include a 2.5% processing fee charged by the bank system.
The prices in each tour are per person in a double room and in US Dollars including VAT. For the people who will travel alone you can pay the extra fee of single room by your request. Please note that all prices are subject to change.
● The costs of any supplements or optional tours, add-ons will add their costs in the total price with all the Terms & Conditions refund policy.
● $1000 deposit to confirm the booking. Payable when booking non-refundable. Remaining balance will be due 90 days before the tour.
● The payment is only including the services as/if indicated in each tour itinerary.
● The payment is not included any service not referred in each tour itinerary, but the main items are not included for all the tours ( International flight – Visa entry – Tips – Soft & Alcoholic drinks – Personal expenses – Covid test
Force Majeure:
The Tour Operator assumes no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting in whole or in part from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, hurricane, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, governmental and administrative actions (including the closure of borders, tourist attractions, and travel warnings and restrictions), epidemics, pandemics, or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel Supplier and its facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by The Tour Operator that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the circumstances amounting to force majeure, the Tour Operator shall provide the Traveler with a possibility of rescheduling the tour or with a credit toward a future tour. The credit shall be equivalent to the amount paid by the Traveler to the Tour Operator less any sums the Tour Operator is not able to recover from Suppliers. The rescheduling of the tour or credit equivalent toward a future tour or both is at the Tour Operator's discretion. The Tour Operator is not responsible for services purchased by the Traveler which are not part of the tour package (e.g., advance airline tickets, transaction fees, or travel insurance). Payments made toward the tour shall not be applied to another tour unless a separate agreement made between the Tour Operator and the Traveler provides otherwise. In the event of an agreement made between the Tour Operator and the Traveler, which shall result in applying the Traveler’s funds to another date in full or partially, the transferred funds shall become non-refundable in any case. The transferred funds may be applied to another tour again only if the Tour Operator cancels the tour for which the Traveler is registered at that time without the possibility of a refund. Any complaints or refund inquiries must be made by the Traveler via e-mail to contact@inside-egypt.com within 30 days after the end of the tour or cancellation of the tour. Complaints and refund inquiries sent later than 30 days after the end of the tour, or cancellation of the tour, will not be considered by the Tour Operator. Complaints and refunds inquiries shall be considered by the Tour Operator within 30 days from the date of the inquiry and if there is a need for our Suppliers or Partners to send us any supplementary documents, this period may be extended by an additional 30 days.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that the tour is canceled by the company, organizer, the deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. Tour operator accept to book another date of the same tour that you will book it.
If the Traveler cancelled the tour have to send to contact@inside-egypt.com to update the Travel Consultant and receive the cancellation email.
● For cancellation 60 days before the tour begins, the customer will receive a full refund less the deposit.
● For cancellation made 30 days before the tour begins, refunds will vary depending on expenses incurred by the tour organizer. Cases will vary based on arrangements and payments made by Inside Egypt.
● Cancellation made 20 days or less before the tour begins is non-refundable.
● During the cancellation no refund of the sightseeing tickets, additional nights, rooms upgrades, unused site ticket meals, accommodation, or any other activities or services included in the tour are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
● If the traveler asks to leave and not continue the tour, he/she not take any type of refund.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change site visits, tours, hotels or activities prior to departure in the event an unexpected situation should arise. In this event, a full refund for that site visit, tour or activity will be issued to the Traveler.
Refund inquiries or complaints must be made within 30 days after of the completion of the tour. Refund or complaint inquiries will be considered by tour operator within 30 days of filing the inquiry. The complaint should compatible with our terms & conditions
Responsibility
The Tour operator is not responsible for unexpected circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, or weather conditions.
The tour operator is not responsible for personal accidents, injuries, death, damage, loss, to the person or personal property and no responsible of any transformation mechanism to arrive or depart on time or any delay or cancellation for the visit.
The tour operator reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary should any unforeseen circumstances arise. The company reserves the right to cancel site visits due to unforeseen circumstances such as government actions or closure of sites or attractions. Should such an event arise, the canceled activity will be replaced by another attraction.
The Traveler who would like to require a person will be his/her shadow during the days to help him or wheel chair, please you should contact the tour operator via email to received the details and cost contact@inside-egypt.com
Special requests are accepted with rules of the company, the Traveler can request for individual visit outside the itinerary with another guide all are available but we will send request first to receive the cost and arrangement.
COVID-19 rules
By booking a tour at this time, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk for yourself and any minors traveling with you that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by traveling and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death even if such injuries or losses occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time you book your tour. You acknowledge that exposure to such viruses or disease is an inherent risk of traveling, that cannot be controlled or eliminated by the Tour Operator. You acknowledge that – due to the uncertainty of travel at this time – your tour may be postponed or cancelled or changes may be made to itineraries due to closures of certain sites or activities, for which our COVID-19 Release of Liability shall be in effect. You may also be required to quarantine upon arrival in some locations. Some locations may require you to have a vaccination or proof of a negative test. You may have additional reentry requirements on your return home. You are responsible for understanding these requirements and must not rely on the Tour Operator to provide these details. You understand that you may become sick before, during, or after the tour and may not be able to travel and such cancellation or interruption will be subject to our cancellation terms below, for which we will not be liable. You, for yourself, and any minors traveling with you, and on behalf of your and their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin (The Releasors), hereby release, and hold harmless the Tour Operator, its members, officers, agents, and/or employees, Suppliers, and other tour members (releasees), of from and against any and all claims, damages, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related in any way, in whole or in part to any postponement, cancellation, changes, injury, disability, death or any other loss you may suffer due to exposure, infection, spread, closure, and travel restrictions related to COVID-19, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. the terms of this hold harmless and release of all liability paragraph shall survive any termination or cancellation of this Contract, whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Photographer
The tour operator have the right to take photos and some videos for the Travelers during the tour and use it as commercial or promotional, but the record with Travelers to inform us their review of the tour will be by asking them first.
If some Travelers not accepted to take photo or don’t like to be in the video, he/she can send an email prior the tour and notify the Travel consultant.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out (Accommodation policy)
● Regular check-in time is 02:00pm – if the traveler will arrive Cairo before the check-in time and want to be guaranteed room ready for their time before the main check-in time, it will be required to book an extra 1 night to be confirmed from the hotel. Early check in will not be as guaranteed it’s depends on hotel availability.
● Regular check-out time is 12:00pm - if the traveler will depart from Cairo before the check-out time and want to be guaranteed room until their plane time after the main check-out time, it will be required to book an extra 1 night to be confirmed from the hotel. Late check out will not be as guaranteed it’s depends on hotel availability.
Choice of Law/Jurisdiction/Class Action Waiver/Limitation of Damages/Notice of Claim:
Any disputes between the Tour Operator and the Traveler shall be settled by the Egyptian courts. You agree that you will only bring claims against The Tour Operator in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding. The Tour Operator shall not, in any case, be liable for anything other than compensatory damages, and your payment of a deposit on a tour means that you agree to these conditions of sale and expressly waive any right to punitive damages. You understand and agree that no claims will be considered and that you will not bring suit against the Tour Operator unless you have first provided a typewritten notice of claim to the Tour Operator within 30 days after the tour or cancellation of the tour.
