1. Contract and Agreement
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
Before booking, all Travelers must read and understand these Terms and Conditions and raise any questions prior to submitting a reservation request. By confirming a booking with the Tour Operator, the Traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, whether oral or written.
1.3 Group Bookings and Agent Responsibility
If a booking is made on behalf of a group, the group leader assumes full financial responsibility and must communicate these Terms and Conditions to all group members. If a travel agent books on behalf of a Traveler, the agent bears the same responsibility. The Tour Operator shall not be held liable for any failure by a group leader or agent to communicate these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Accuracy of Traveler Information
The Traveler certifies that all personal information provided is accurate. Any errors resulting in additional administrative or financial costs shall be borne solely by the Traveler.
1.5 Acceptance Through Payment
By paying a deposit and submitting a pre-booking request, the Traveler explicitly confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
1.6 Registration Form Requirements
Following pre-booking, the Traveler must complete and sign a Registration Form within fourteen (14) calendar days of paying the deposit or authorize a Travel Consultant to complete the form on their behalf. Failure to do so shall constitute cancellation and will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. Reservation and Payment
2.1 Conditions for Confirming a Reservation
A reservation shall be deemed confirmed upon receipt of:
a) A non-refundable deposit, and
b) A duly completed Registration Form.

Upon payment of the deposit, the Traveler may request one complimentary change of tour date, provided the request is submitted no later than 365 days prior to the original tour start date. After this period, the deposit becomes strictly non-transferable.
2.3 Standard Final Payment Deadline
Unless otherwise specified, the final payment for all standard tours is due no later than ninety (90) days before the tour start date.
2.4 Minimum Participation Requirement – Conditional Operation of Group Tours
All scheduled group tours operated by the Tour Operator are expressly conditional upon a minimum enrollment of six (6) confirmed participants for the respective departure date.
A departure shall not be deemed guaranteed, confirmed, or operational unless and until the minimum number of six (6) participants has been reached and formal written confirmation has been issued by the Tour Operator.
As Travelers are solely responsible for arranging and purchasing their own international airfare, the Traveler expressly acknowledges and agrees that international airline tickets must not be purchased unless and until the Tour Operator has provided written confirmation that the relevant departure date has met the minimum participation requirement of six (6) participants.
The Tour Operator shall bear no liability whatsoever for any financial loss, cancellation fees, rebooking charges, fare differences, or other damages arising from the Traveler’s purchase of international airfare prior to official written confirmation of the departure.
In the event that the minimum number of six (6) participants is not reached for a particular departure date, the Tour Operator shall notify the Traveler in writing no later than ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled tour start date, which corresponds to the standard final payment deadline.
In such circumstances, the Traveler shall be offered the option to transfer their booking to an alternative departure date of the same tour that has already been confirmed and has met the minimum participation requirement of six (6) participants.
If the Traveler elects not to transfer to the alternative confirmed departure, the cancellation shall be treated as a cancellation by the Tour Operator in accordance with Section 5.1 below.
