Dominant Travel – Inside Egypt
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Dominant Travel (“Tour Operator”) and any individual booking or participating in a tour (“Traveler”).
By submitting any payment, completing a registration form, accepting these Terms electronically, or participating in a tour, the Traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Traveler further confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
If a booking is made on behalf of additional travelers, the person making the booking confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.
A reservation is confirmed only upon:
receipt of the required non-refundable deposit
submission of a completed Registration Form
The Tour Operator reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
A USD 1,500 non-refundable deposit per person is required unless otherwise specified.
Deposits secure supplier allocations and therefore represent partial liquidated damages in the event of cancellation.
Deposits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments made.
Tour prices may be adjusted prior to departure due to circumstances beyond the Tour Operator’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
currency fluctuations
fuel surcharges
government taxes or fees
VAT or tourism tax changes
supplier price increases
mandatory security or regulatory requirements
force majeure related cost increases
Any such adjustments will be reasonable and communicated in writing.
Due to exceptional global demand and long-term supplier commitments, the following payment terms apply:
50% of the total tour price is due 1 March 2026 and becomes non-refundable once paid
Final balance is due 1 November 2026 and becomes non-refundable once paid
The Traveler acknowledges that the 2027 Total Solar Eclipse is a rare global astronomical event requiring multi-year contractual commitments with hotels, cruise operators, government authorities, security providers, and viewing venues.
The Tour Operator does not guarantee eclipse visibility, weather conditions, or astronomical viewing conditions.
No refund shall be provided for cloud cover, atmospheric conditions, or reduced visibility.
All group tours require a minimum of six (6) confirmed participants.
No departure is guaranteed until written confirmation is issued.
Travelers are strongly advised not to purchase international airfare until confirmation has been received.
If minimum participation is not reached, the Traveler may:
transfer to another departure; or
receive a refund of amounts paid to the Tour Operator.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Before initiating any chargeback with a credit card provider, the Traveler agrees to contact the Tour Operator to attempt to resolve the matter.
Improper chargebacks, including those related to cancellation policies or services already rendered, may be disputed by the Tour Operator.
