By submitting any payment, completing a registration form, accepting these Terms electronically, or participating in a tour, the Traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Traveler further confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

If a booking is made on behalf of additional travelers, the person making the booking confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all participants.

Deposits secure supplier allocations and therefore represent partial liquidated damages in the event of cancellation.

Deposits are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

Final Payment

Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.

Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of payments made.
