The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence is one of the best 5-star hotels in Cairo, located in the Giza district, just a stone’s throw from the Nile River. You can spend your free days of your tour to Egypt relaxing in the outdoor swimming pool or the well-equipped spa that offers various health and beauty treatments. It has a sauna, fitness center and a jacuzzi. During your stay you can also try your luck at the hotel casino. The hotel has a central location that’s just a two minute walk away from the historic zoo and botanical gardens. You can even take some time out for shopping at the high-end boutiques at the First Mall.
Its 262 rooms include some of the largest rooms and suites in the city of Cairo with classical furniture, appliqués, and furnishings. You’ll find lavish, soothing interiors featuring soft beige and off white and pastel tones in the rooms and suites, with beautiful hand-drawn artistry on the ceilings. All rooms have air conditioning and are decorated in a colonial style. They include a flat-screen TV, Bose home theater system and DVD player.
Light snacks are served in the Tea Lounge. Traditional Syrian-Lebanese cuisine is served at the Aura Restaurant by the pool, and the trendy Brasserie La Gourmandise operates at the heart of the First Mall. There are other dining options as well, and room service is always available.
Alternatively, you can enjoy the cuisine onboard the First Nile Boat, which opened in 2019. This is located across from the hotel building and offers great dining options: The pan-Asian restaurant Nairu serves Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian for lunch and dinner, and you can move to the Nairu Lounge on the lower floor to see the resident DJ from 11 pm.
Xodó specializes in daily Brazilian Churrascaria crafted by Chef Guilherme Reis and on the rooftop of the Boat you will discover Zoé, the Greek style taverna that serves the best of Greek cuisine with beautiful 180 degree views of the Nile.
The Riva Café is located on the dock and the entrance of the Boat. Here you can enjoy a taste of Italy, with freshly prepared antipasti, pizza, delicious desserts and a wide variety of specialty Coffees.
